Introducing broker relationship

FL Trades is not a regulated broker and does not hold client funds, execute trades, approve accounts, or guarantee broker approval or trading results. Broker services, eligibility, fees, leverage, deposits, withdrawals, platform availability, and execution are governed solely by the broker’s own terms and regulatory framework.

No content promises positive outcome, risk reduction, platform acceptance, execution quality, withdrawal success, or any financial result. Any projection or model output is estimated, forward-looking, and not a guarantee.

Ownership of the digital property

This website, the connected systems and software, the CRM, and the brand identity, wordmark, visual design, and assets are designed, owned, and operated by MSI Trades Division, a Mediator Solutions software and distribution channel, and are provided to FL Trades as a customer example. All associated intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the website, software, or design without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or channels, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security or availability, scraping at scale, transmitting malicious code, or using the service to break the law or to harm others.
