Introducing broker disclosure
FL Trades operates as an Introducing Broker (IB). It may introduce clients to the regulated brokers Equiti and PU Prime and may receive introducing-broker compensation from the broker in connection with those introductions. FL Trades is not a regulated broker, dealer, custodian, exchange, or investment adviser. It does not hold client funds, execute orders, set spreads or leverage, approve accounts, or process deposits and withdrawals. Each broker is regulated by its own competent authorities, and all broker services, eligibility, onboarding, fees, leverage, margin terms, deposits, withdrawals, platform availability, and trade execution are governed solely by that broker’s own agreements and regulatory framework.
Nature of the service
FL Trades provides gold-market and multi-asset education, structured market review, and community discussion. It serves traders across the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region, as well as the other markets in which its content is made available. The service is educational and informational in character. It is not a managed account, a signal subscription that guarantees results, a pooled investment, or a regulated financial product.

Regulatory status
FL Trades is not licensed or authorized by, and does not represent itself as supervised by, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) or federal Capital Market Authority, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), or any other financial regulator. Where regulatory protection applies, it arises from the regulated broker a client chooses — not from FL Trades. Clients are responsible for confirming that trading and the chosen broker are permitted under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
